At Vividha Vision, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality of service and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
Since our services involve personalized consultations and in-depth analysis, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours/days prior to the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made with less notice, Vividha Vision reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount paid.
2. Refund Policy
Vividha Vision has a strict "no refund" policy. However, we are dedicated to your satisfaction and to ensuring that our services meet your needs.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our services. If, after receiving your initial report and consultation, you feel that the analysis does not resonate with you, we will work with you to address your concerns.
4. Redoing Analysis
In the event that you are not satisfied with the initial report, we will, at our discretion, redo your analysis one (1) time, free of charge. This will include a follow-up consultation to ensure that the revised analysis provides a more accurate and helpful understanding.
5. Client Cooperation and Accuracy of Information
To facilitate the redoing of the analysis, we require your full cooperation in providing any necessary feedback and clarification. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Honest Performance in DISC Assessment: The accuracy and effectiveness of our DISC-based analysis and reports depend on your honest and accurate performance in the DISC assessment. Any attempt to manipulate or provide dishonest answers may result in an inaccurate report, and we shall not be held responsible for inaccuracies arising from such actions.
- Accuracy of Birth Details: The accuracy of the astrological analysis and reports is contingent upon the accuracy of the birth details (date, time, and place of birth) you provide. Providing inaccurate or incomplete birth details may lead to an inaccurate report, and we shall not be held responsible for inaccuracies arising from such actions.
6. Exceptions
While our general policy is "no refund," we may consider exceptions in extraordinary circumstances, at our sole discretion. Any such exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellations and Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and/or by other means, as required by applicable law. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
